Cisplatin（顺铂，又称为cis-DDP、CDDP、cis-Diaminodichloroplatinum）是一种最有效的抗癌药物，用于治疗多种实体瘤，如卵巢癌和肺癌等，并用于辅助治疗神经胶质瘤。Cisplatin与DNA的嘌呤碱基交联，干扰DNA的修复机制，引起DNA损伤，激活多条信号转导通路，包括ERK、p53、p73和MAPK，其中对激活凋亡影响最大，诱导细胞凋亡。

Cisplatin从1978年起被FDA批准用作抗癌药物。
