SB-431542 (SB431542; SB 431542)是Src家族激酶抑制剂，是TGF-β信号通路抑制剂，也是强有效的ALK5抑制剂（其IC₅₀值为94 nM），可抑制TGF-β介导的SMAD蛋白活化、细胞增殖和细胞运动等，可有效抑制由生长因子β1诱导的细胞在原发和继发性癌细胞中的迁移和侵袭的进程。
