PD0332991 HCl (Palbociclib HCl, PD-0332991 HCl)，又称帕布昔利布盐酸盐，是一种可口服的CDK4/6选择性抑制剂，IC₅₀分别为11 nM/16 nM，有效的抗增殖剂，具有广谱抗癌活性。它对CDK1/2/5、EGFR等另外36种蛋白酶没有抑制活性。
