BSA标准品是一种高质量的校准品，在总蛋白测定实验中广泛用来建立标准曲线和校准控制。BSA被普遍作为总蛋白定量的校准蛋白，此标准品可用作BCA、Bradford或其他蛋白测定实验中的蛋白浓度校准标准液，标准曲线的建立和校准对照用。此标准品的浓度为2 mg/mL。
此标准品为溶于0.9%生理盐水和0.05%叠氮钠的BSA溶液。

Q：蛋白标准品BSA 用什么稀释？
A：标准品稀释液为蛋白样品的溶解液，原则上蛋白样品在什么溶液中，标准品也宜用什么溶液稀释。但也可用 0.9%的 NaCl 或 1×PBS 进行稀释。
