Duloxetine hydrochloride (LY-248686 HCl, LY-248686 hydrochloride, Duloxetine HCl)，又称盐酸度洛西汀，抗抑郁药度洛西汀的盐酸盐形式，是5-羟色胺-去甲肾上腺素再摄取抑制剂，K_i为4.6 nM，用于治疗广泛性焦虑症、紧张性尿失禁和重度抑郁症，同时也能缓解中枢性疼痛。
