Linifanib，又称利尼伐尼，是可口服的VEGFR和PDGFR家族多靶点抑制剂，作用于Flt-1/3、KDR、CSF-1R和PDGFRβ的IC50分别为3 nM、4 nM、4 nM、3 nM和66 nM，具有潜在抗癌活性。
